分子印迹聚合物在蜂蜜中抗生素分析的进展

             

摘要

Molecularly imprinted polymers have the advantages of reservation, specificity and selectivity, which have been widely used in safety testing of antibiotics in honey, and excellently solved time-consuming and needed difficult technique in the pretreatment and analysis of antibiotic residues for the complex matrix-honey.The molecularly imprinted polymers used to apply for the analysis, application, existing problem and current states of tetracycline, amino glycosides, nitro-imidazole, chloramphenicol, erythromycin and quinolones antibiotics in honey were reviewed.The application prospect was forecasted.%分子印迹聚合物具有可预定性、专一性和选择性等优点,现已经广泛应用于蜂蜜样品中抗生素残留的安全检测,并且很好地解决了复杂基质蜂蜜中抗生素残留分析前处理的问题.本文综述了分子印迹聚合物在蜂蜜样品中四环素、氨基糖苷类、硝基咪唑类、氯霉素、红霉素和喹诺酮类等抗生素残留分析方面的应用、分析、存在问题和研究现状,并展望了其发展前景.
