飞机草-裸花紫珠联合用于止血抗炎的药效学研究

摘要

研究联合给予飞机草-裸花紫珠止血抗炎的药理作用.采飞机草、裸花紫珠叶,制成质量比为1:1、1:2的混合粉和水浸液,进行耳缘动脉止血、体外凝血试验、二甲苯所致炎症的抗炎试验;观察对小鼠足肿胀组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的影响.飞机草-裸花紫珠1:2配伍组较单用其中一种能更好的止血及促凝血,较单用飞机草能显著减少炎症组织中PGE2、5-HT含量.飞机草-裸花紫珠1:2比例配伍比单用其中一种具有更佳的止血、促凝血效果,具有更好的抗炎及抑制炎症因子的双重药理学作用.%To explore the pharmacodynamic effect of co-administration of Chromolaena odoratam L.(C odoratam L.)and Callicarpa nudiflorae Hook.(C nudiflorae Hook.)on hemostatic and anti-inflammation,the effect of co-administration of C odoratam L.and C nudiflorae Hook.on hemostatic were observed by ear marginal artery hemostatic test.The effect on anti-inflammation was observed by mice swelling test induced by xylene.The content of inflammatory mediator PGE2 and 5-HT were examined in carrageena induced mice paw edema.The effect of co-administration of C odoratam L.and C nudiflorae Hook.by 1:2 ratio had better effect on anti-inflammation induced by xylene than administrated alone,and can significantly reduce the content of PGE2 and 5-HT than C odoratam L.administrated alone in inflammatory tissue.co-administration of C odoratam L.and C nudiflorae Hook.by 1:2 ratio had the better hemostatic and anti-inflammatory effects than administrated alone.
