不确定度分析方法在土壤有机质含量测定中的应用

         

摘要

土壤有机质是评价土壤侵蚀或土壤保护和质量的一个关键属性, 准确的测定其含量并对测量结果的质量进行评价具有重要的意义.对土壤有机质测定过程中的不确定度进行了评定分析, 结果表明: 样品测量重复性的相对标准不确定度为2. 82× 10-3, 是影响土壤有机质测量不确定度的主要因素, 而标准溶液的配制及样品和试剂的量取等对不确定度的贡献较小.通过对实验过程中各个不确定度分量的研究及对评定过程的优化, 为按照此方法进行土壤有机质的测定及不确定度评定提供了科学依据和参考.%The content of soil organic matter is a key property for evaluating soil erosion, soil preservation and quality. Accurate measurement and evaluation for soil organic matter are of great significances. The uncertainty of repetitive measurements of the sample in the determination of soil organic matter was analyzed. The study results showed that the main sources of the uncertainty were the repeatability of it. Other sources of the uncertainty caused by preparation of the standard solution and the use of samples and reagents were very low. The results of study on the components of uncertainty provided scientific basis and reference for the determination of organic matter and its uncertainty.
