磁性生物吸附剂的制备与灌溉水镉处理研究

         

摘要

A novel magnetic bio-adsorbent (CMJ) was developed by using cyclosorus interruptus (CI) and characterized. Its kinetics,thermodynamics and treatment of simulated irrigation water were studied. CMJ could be easily separated from the solution after equilibrium adsorption due to its super-paramagnetic property. The experimental results indicated that the adsorbent of CMJ exhibited excellent adsorption ability and the adsorption process were spontaneous and endothermic. The adsorption isotherm was consistent with Langmuir model. The adsorption kinetic was fitted nbbbbbbbb with pseudo-second-order model very well. The maximum adsorption capacity of Cd(Ⅱ) onto CMJ was 40.8,49.4, 54.6 and 56.6 mg/g at 293, 303, 313 and 323 K, respectively. And the CMJ exhibited an excellent reusability and impressive regeneration. The result of treatment of simulated irrigation water indicated that the adsorption rate reached to 99.1% when sample volume was 200 mL. Therefore,CMJ could serve as a sustainable,efficient and low-cost magnetic adsorbent for Cd(Ⅱ) removal from aqueous solution.%以毛蕨为基体,研制的新型磁性生物吸附剂(CMJ),并对其进行表征、Cd(Ⅱ)吸附动力学与热力学研究、模拟灌溉水处理研究.结果表明,CMJ吸附剂具有良好的吸附能力,吸附过程是自发、吸热的,吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,吸附动力学符合拟二级模型.温度为20 ℃、30 ℃、40 ℃和50 ℃时,CMJ对Cd(Ⅱ)最大吸附容量分别为40.8、49.4、54.6和56.6 mg/g,并有优异的循环性能和再生性.灌溉水镉处理研究表明,处理量为200 mL,灌溉水中Cd(Ⅱ)去除率为99.1%.因此,CMJ可应用于灌溉水中Cd(Ⅱ)的处理.
