基于翻转课堂的发酵工厂设计教学及考核改革

     

摘要

《发酵工厂设计》作为生物工程专业的应用性极强的一门必修课,在目前的教学过程中存在理论与应用脱节,教学方式单一和考核方式不合理的情况.经过多年教学实践,对课程的教学及考核方式进行了探索和改革,引进翻转课堂的教学方法,并以课程设计的形式对课程进行考核.结果表明,新的教学及考核方式大大激发了学生的学习和创作热情,促进学生将所学理论知识应用到实践中,改革的效果明显.%Fermentation Plant Design is a applicability professional required course with strong application. There are some problems in the course of teaching, such as theory was divorced from practice, the method of teaching and testing was not reasonable. After years of teaching practice, teaching and testing reform were studied and reformed. Flipped classroom teaching method was introduced and the course was evaluated in the form of design. The results showed that the new teaching and assessment methods had greatly stimulated the students'learning and creative enthusiasm,and promoted students to apply the theoretical knowledge to practice. The reform effect was obvious.
