目的 为了了解多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病遗传机制,为PCOS的治疗及进一步研究提供理论基础.方法 通过基因组富集(GSEA)和整合分析(Meta分析)的方法,对从NCBI的GEO库中下载的3套基因表达芯片进行分析.结果 找到每一套数据的差异基因,以及富集出通路.另外,Meta分析得到3套数据集的共同差异基因.结论 GSK3B、HSPA5、ACVR1和NCOA3基因与PCOS的发病具有很重要的关系.%Objective To understand the genetic mechanism for ( polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS ), and throw light for PCOS therapy and deep research. Methods Three series of gene chips of independent studies from the database GEO in NCBI were analyzed by gene set enrichment analysis( GSEA )and a meta-analysis. Results Significant genes and pathways for every PCOS datasets were found out. Three series of significant genes were filtered by meta analysis.Conclusion GSK3B,HSPA5 ,ACVR1 andNCOA3 gene is closely related with PCOS.
