扶芳藤对血液流变学及凝血功能影响的研究

摘要

Objective To study the influence of Euonymus fortunei on hemorheology and coagulation. Methods The serum prothrombin time( PT ), thrombin time( TT ), activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT ), englobulin lysis time( ELT )and the bleeding time and coagulation time were measured in normal rat and mice ,which were administered intragastrically with different doses of Euonymus fortunei. Results The blood specific viscosity of low-dose Euonymus fortunei group decreased significantly( P ＜ 0.05 ), the plasma viscosity of low-dose, middle-and high-dose groups decreased significantly( P ＜ 0.05 ); maximum agglutination ratio of low-dose group decreased significantly( P ＜0.01 );The APTY of low-dose, middle-and high-dose groups decreased significantly( P＜ 0.01 ), and ELT of low-dose group decreased siguificantly( P＜0.01 ); and the bleeding time of middle-dose group prolonged( P＜0.05 ). The coagulation time of low-dose group shorten significantly( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Euonymus fortunei has a certain improving effects on blood coagulation function and hemorheology.%目的 观察扶芳藤对血液流变学及凝血功能的影响.方法 对正常大鼠、小鼠分别用扶芳藤浸膏灌胃,测定大鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、优球蛋白溶解时间(ELT),小鼠出血时间和凝血时间,观察扶芳藤对凝血功能的影响.结果 扶芳藤低剂量组可显著降低大鼠全血比黏度(P＜0.05),高、中、低剂量组可显著降低大鼠血浆黏度(P＜0.05);低剂量组可显著减小血小板最大聚集率(P＜0.01);高、中、低剂量组可显著低剂量组可显著缩短大鼠APTT(P＜0.01),低剂量组可显著低剂量组可显著缩短大鼠ELT(P＜0.05);中剂量组可显著显著延长小鼠出血时间(P＜0.05),低剂量组可显著缩短小鼠凝血时间(P＜0.05).结论 扶芳藤可改善血液流变学、改善凝血功能.
