MMP-9在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective To evaluate the expression of MMP-9 and the clinicopathological factors in non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC ). Methods The expressions of MMP-9 in NSCIC cancer tissue( n = 80 )and tumor adjacent tissue( n =40 )were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR ). Results The positive expression rate of MMP -9 in NSCLC tissue( 71.25％ ,57/80 )was higher than that in tumor adjacent tissue( 45. 00％ ,18/40 ),the difference was significant( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The MMP-9 in NSCLC tissue increased with the increasing of histopathological grade and TNM stage. The expression of MMP-9 had a positive correlation with lymphatic metastasis ( P ＜0. 05 ). Conclusion MMP-9 may be involved in the occurrence and development of NSCLC,may be an important reference marker in evaluating the histopathological grade , metastasis and prognosis of NSCLC , providing a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment for NSCLC.%目的 研究肿瘤转移基因MMP-9在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达及意义.方法 采用RT-PCR检测80例NSCLC癌组织和40例癌旁正常组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达.结果 MMP-9在肺癌组织中表达阳性率为71.25%(57/80),高于癌旁组织的45.00%(18/40),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).MMP-9阳性表达随着肿瘤病理分级和TNM分期增加而有增高趋势.MMP-9的表达与有淋巴结转移呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论 MMP-9参与NSCLC的发生发展过程,MMP-9的表达可作为判断NSCLC病理分级及转移和预后的指标,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据.
