阿折地平治疗轻中度高血压病的临床观察

摘要

目的 观察钙通道阻滞剂阿折地平治疗轻中度高血压病的疗效及安全性.方法 采用随机、双盲对照研究方法,设氨氯地平片为对照药物.随机入选病人61例,其中阿折地平组40例,氨氯地平组21例.两组分别服用阿折地平8～16 mg,氨氯地平5～10 mg,1次/d,疗程8周.结果 与治疗前相比,两组在治疗2周、4周、6周、8周,SBP与DBP均下降(P＜0.05). 与氨氯地平组相比,阿折地平组治疗2周、4周、6周、8周末,SBP与DBP差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 每天口服阿折地平片5～10 mg 1次,能显著降低轻、中度双期高血压病患者的血压,患者依从性好.%Objective To explore the effect and safety of Azelnidipine on mild to mederate hypertensive patients.Methods In this double-blind control study,61 patients were randomly divided into two groups the Azelnidipine group ( n =40 )received Azelnidipine 8 - 16 mg once every day, Amlodipine group( n= 21 )once every day with a period of 6 weeks. Results The SBP and DBP decreased significantly in both Azelnidipine group and Amlodipine group 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,8 weeks after the treatment( P ＜ 0.05 ). After 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,8 weeks' treatment, the SBP and DBP between Azelnidipine group and Amlodipine group had no significant difference( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion The treatment with Azelnidipine,5 -10 mg once every day can decrease the blood pressure of mild to mederate hypertensive patients, and have a good medication compliance.
