亲子鉴定实验室的建立与应用

摘要

目的 建立亲子鉴定实验室,为社会提供个体识别、亲子鉴定和血型基因检测等服务,并进行相关研究.方法 按照二级生物安全标准建立基因扩增检验实验室,并建立短串联重复序列(STR)基因位点检测方法.结果 建立了经资质认定专家组评审的亲子鉴定实验室,完成301例亲子鉴定案例,其中三联体(父亲-母亲-孩子)252例,二联体(父亲-孩子或母亲-孩子)49例,排除亲子关系25例(8.30%);亲子鉴定委托原因主要是上户口(75.42%,227/301)和有疑虑(18.60%,56/301),其他包括移民、寻亲等.结论 亲子鉴定是一门新兴、先进的技术,可以为社会服务,促进社会和谐发展,但是要加以引导和管理,避免被滥用.%Objective To estabtish paternity testing taboratory to provide services such as individuat identification, paternity testing and blood genotyping,and to conduct retated researches. Methods Gene amptification testing taboratory was estabtished according to the tevet Two Biosafety Standards, and short tandem repeat STR) toci detection was apptied. Resutts The quatified paternity testing taboratory was estabtished. Tvventy five exctusion of the 301 patemity cases which had Jx;en finished these veat's,252 cases of trio testing( father-mother-chitd ),49 cases of duo testing( father-the chitd or mother-the chitd), the paternity exctusion rate is 8. 30%. The main causes of paternity testing as follows: residence register( 75. 42% ,227/301 ),sotving douhts( 18.60% ,56/301 ),and other causes inctuding immigration,seeking the famity members and so on. Conctusion Paternity testing is a new and advanced tcchnotogy which can serve a sociat need and promote sociat harmony,hut it must be guided and controlled to be apptied tegitimatety.
