冠心病患者左室峰值充盈率与左室心肌质量的相关性分析

摘要

目的 探讨冠心病患者左室峰值充盈率(LVPFR)与左室心肌质量(LVM)的相关性.方法 应用实时三维超声心动图(TR-3DE)测量34例冠心病患者的LVPFR、LVM和左室心肌质量指数(LVMI),分析冠心病患者LVPFR与LVM、LVMI的相关性.结果 冠心病患者LVPFR与LVM和LVMI呈负相关(r=-0.684,P=0.000;r=-0.706,P=0.000).结论 冠心病患者的LVPFR与LVM密切相关,可以综合反映冠心病患者左室舒张功能.%Objective To explore the correlation of left ventricular peak filling rate( LVPFR )with left ventricular mass( LVM )in patients with coronary artery disease( CAD ). Methods To measure LVPFR,LVM and left ventricular mass index( LVMI )in 34 patients with CAD using real-time three-dimensional echocardiography( RT-3DE ),and analyze the correlation of LVPFR with LVM and LVMI in patients with CAD. Results Linear correlative analysis showed that LVPFR was negatively correlated with LVM and LVMI in patients with CAD( r = -0.684, P =0.000;r = -0.706, P =0.000 ). Conclusion LVPFR is closely related to LVM in patients with CAD,and can reflected the left ventricular diastolic function in patients with CAD synthetically.
