果蝇zeste基因增强子同源基因2蛋白与p16蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义

     

摘要

目的:探讨果蝇zeste基因增强子同源基因2( EZH2)蛋白与p16蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法分别检测20例正常卵巢组织及50例卵巢癌组织中EZH2与p16蛋白表达情况,并分析两者的表达与卵巢癌患者临床特征的关系。结果与正常卵巢组织比较,卵巢癌组织EZH2蛋白的表达阳性率显著升高,而 p16蛋白的表达阳性率明显下降(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组织FZH2蛋白的表达阳性率随着肿瘤组织分级及国际妇产科协会(FIGO)分期的增加而升高(P<0.05),存在淋巴结转移者EZH2蛋白的表达阳性率较高(P<0.05);p16蛋白的表达阳性率随着肿瘤组织分级及FIGO分期的增加而降低(P<0.05),存在淋巴结转移者p16蛋白的表达阳性率较低(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组织中EZH2与p16表达呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论在卵巢癌组织中EZH2蛋白呈高表达,而p16蛋白表达降低,两者与肿瘤组织分级、FIGO分期及淋巴结转移有关,提示EZH2与p16可能参与卵巢癌的发生发展。%Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of enhancer of zeste homolog 2( EZH2) protein and p16 protein in ovarian carcinoma .Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect EZH 2 and p16 proteins in 20 cases of normal ovarian tissues and 50 cases of ovarian cancer tissues ,then the association of EZH 2 and p16 expressions with clinical features of ovarian cancer was analyzed .Results Compared to normal ovarian tissues ,ovarian cancer tissues had significantly higher positive expression rate of EZH2 protein and significantly lower positive expression rate of p 16 protein(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of EZH2 protein in ovarian cancer tissues increased with the increasing tumor grade and International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics ( FIGO) stage (P<0.05).For the cases of lymphatic metastasis,the positive expression rate of EZH2 protein was higher(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of p16 protein decreased with the increasing tumor grade and FIGO stage (P<0.05).And the positive expression rate of p16 protein was lower in the cases with lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05).The expression of EZH2 protein negatively correlated with the expression of p16 protein in ovarian cancer tissues (P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of EZH2 protein is high in ovarian cancer tissues,while the expression of p16 protein is low.Both of them are associated with tumor grade ,FIGO stage and lymphatic metastasis , which indicates that EZH 2 and p16 may participate in the progression and metastasis of ovarian cancer .
