针灸疗法预防鼻咽癌患者同步放化疗所致呕吐的疗效观察

Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture therapy for preventing the concurrent chemoradiotherapy-induced vomiting in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Eighty-three patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into acupuncture group(n =40) and granisetron group (n =43) according to the resident identification card number.The acupuncture group and the granisetron group received acupuncture therapy and transvenous drip of granisetron,respectively,at 30 minutes before concurrent chemoradiotherapy.The complete remission(CR) rates within the first 24 hours,25 to 72 hours,and 73 to 168 hours after treatment,and the incidence of adverse events during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Within the first 24 hours and 25 to 72 hours after treatment,the CR rates of the acupuncture group were 42.50％ and 52.07％ respectively,in the granisetron group were 44.19％ and 56.14％,respectively,and the CR rates showed no significant difference between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05).After 73 to 168 hours of treatment,the CR rate in the acupuncture group was higher than that in the control group(77.50％ vs.63.52％;P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of constipation and the overall incidence rate of adverse events in the acuptmcture group were lower than those in the granisetron group (P ＜ 0.05).No remedial antiemetic therapy was performed in the two groups.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy has better effects on concurrent chemoradiotherapy-induced vomiting in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.%目的 观察针灸疗法预防鼻咽癌同步放化疗所致呕吐的疗效.方法 选取鼻咽癌患者83例,根据身份证号尾数分为针灸组40例、格拉司琼组43例,分别在同步放化疗前30 min使用针灸疗法、格拉司琼静脉滴注,比较两组患者治疗后0～24h、25 ～72 h、73 ～168 h止吐的完全缓解(CR)率以及治疗期间不良事件的发生情况.结果 治疗后0～24 h和25 ～72 h,针灸组的CR率分别为42.50％和52.07％,格拉司琼组的CR率分别为44.19％和56.14％,差异均无统计学意义(均P ＞0.05),而治疗后73～ 168 h,针灸组的CR率为77.50％,高于对照组的63.52％ (P＜ 0.05).针灸组便秘发生率及止吐不良事件总发生率均低于格拉司琼组(均P ＜0.05).两组患者在研究中均未采用补救止吐方案.结论 针灸疗法预防鼻咽癌同步放化疗所致呕吐效果好.
