广西铁路系统女职工月经失调发生情况及其影响因素

摘要

Objective To explore the influencing factors and incidence of menstrual disorders in female railway employees.Methods A questionnaire survey on menstrual disorders was conducted among 2 020 female employees from Guangxi railway system using cluster sampling method,and the factors influencing menstrual disorders in female railway employees were analyzed.Results The incidence rate of menstrual disorders in 2 020 female railway employees was 42.62%,and the three most common symptoms were periodic menstrual disorder(38.44%),reduced menstrual volume(32.17%) and dysmenorrhea(27.64%).Shift work and exposure to noise were the risk factors for menstrual disorders in female railway employees(P<0.05).Conclusion Exposure to noise and shift work might increase the risk of menstrual disorders in female railway employees.%目的 探讨铁路系统女工月经失调的发生情况及其影响因素.方法 采用整群抽样的方法选取2 020例广西铁路系统女职工进行问卷调查,了解其月经失调发生情况,并分析影响铁路系统女职工月经失调的因素.结果 2 020例铁路系统女职工月经失调发生率为42.62%,最常见的3种症状分别为月经周期紊乱(38.44%)、经量减少(32.17%)和痛经(27.64%).轮班作业和噪声接触是铁路系统女职工月经失调的危险因素(P<0.05).结论 噪声接触和轮班作业可增加铁路女工月经失调的发生风险.
