氮磷钾施肥对格木可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的影响

     

摘要

The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein had strong relationship with plant resistance.Tak-ing annual Erythrophleum fordii seedlings as test materials,effects of different combined of nitrogen,phos-phorus and potassium fertilization on soluble sugar,soluble protein of E.fordii were discussed with orthogonal design in order to select the optimum fertilizer for seedling resistance. Results showed that the soluble sugar content was the highest with N2P2K3(Nitrogen was 2.2 g;phosphorus was 1.0 g;potassium was 0.9 g)fer-tilization;the soluble protein content was the highest with N2P1K2(Nitrogen was 2.2 g;phosphorus was 0.5 g;potassium was 0.6 g)fertilization.P element and N element had the greatest influence on soluble sugar and sol-uble protein,respectively. The soluble sugar and soluble protein of E.fordii increased with the increase of time,which indicated combined of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilization could promote the synthe-sis of soluble sugar and soluble protein in E.fordii seedlings.%可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量与植物抗性相关性较强,为筛选出最利于格木(Erythrophleumfordii)苗期抗性的配比施肥量,本研究探究不同NPK配比施肥对1年生格木组织内的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量有何影响.以1年生盆栽格木幼苗为试材,采用氮磷钾三因素四水平(L934)进行配比施肥试验.结果表明,可溶性糖含量最高的施肥组合是N2P2K3 (氮素2.2 g、磷素1.0 g、钾素0.9 g),可溶性蛋白含量最高的是N2P1K2(氮素2.2 g、磷素0.5 g、钾素0.6 g);磷元素对可溶性糖含量的影响最大,而氮元素对溶性蛋白的影响最大;各处理组与对照相比,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量均随着施肥时间的增加呈正相关的增长,说明氮磷钾施肥能明显促进格木幼苗叶片中的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白生成.
