试论三阴性乳腺癌阴虚证及方药治疗

摘要

总结三阴性乳腺癌的临床病理特征以及三阴性乳腺癌阴虚证的病机特点，分析三阴性乳腺癌中医体质证候分型，发现阴虚证在三阴性乳腺癌病例中所占的比率较低，探讨阴虚在三阴性乳腺癌发病中的重要作用，归纳三阴性乳腺癌阴虚证的中医药治疗方药，包括名老中医的经验举隅和经典名方的运用，为临床选择滋阴方治疗三阴性乳腺癌提供经验参考。%The clinical pathology features and pathogenesis characteristics of yin-deficiency syndrome triple negative breast cancer was summarized, and TCM physique of yin-deficiency syndrome triple negative breast cancer was analyzed .We found that yin-deficiency syndrome in triple negative breast cancer had lower ratio , discussed the important role of yin-deficiency in onset of triple negative breast cancer , deduced TCM treatment prescription , including experience of famous doctor of TCM and the application of classical prescription , and provided for clinical experience reference for selecting nourishing yin therapy in the treatment of triple negative breast cancer .
