痰热清注射液治疗急性放射性肺炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of acute radiation pneumonitis . Methods 110 cases of patients with acute radiation pneumonia in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group , with 55 cases in each group .The control group was given antibiotics combined with hormones and other symptomatic treatment .The observation group was treated with Tanreqing injection based on the control group.The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared , and the safety was evaluated half a month after comparative observation.Results The effective rate of the control group was 63.63%, the incidence of adverse reactions of the control group was 5.45%, the effective rate of the observation group was 89.09%, the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 1.81%, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Tanreqing injection in the treatment of acute radiation pneumonitis has significantly clinical effect , low adverse reactions occurred rate and high drug safety .It is worthy of clinically wide promotion .%目的：观察分析痰热清注射液治疗急性放射性肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法随机选取2012年1月—2015年1月来我院接受放射治疗后出现急性放射性肺炎的患者110例，分为对照组和观察组，每组55例。对照组采用抗生素联合激素及其他对症治疗的基础治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液，半个月后对比观察疗效和不良反应发生率，评价安全性。结果对照组患者治疗的有效率为63.63％，不良反应发生率为5.45％，观察组患者治疗的有效率为89.09％，不良反应发生率为1.81％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论痰热清注射液治疗急性放射性肺炎，临床效果显著，不良反应发生率低，药物安全性高，值得临床广泛推广。
