麻黄汤临床应用举隅

摘要

麻黄汤出自于《伤寒论》，具有发汗解表、宣肺平喘之功效，是医圣张仲景为太阳伤寒表实证而设。在临床上使用麻黄汤，主要依据方证相应，常用本方加减治疗由风寒外束肌表所致卫阳被遏、营阴郁滞之证，不论现代医学何种病名，只要符合太阳伤寒表实证之病机，均应用麻黄汤或其类方治疗，以扩大其应用范围。%Mahuang decoction is originate from Shanghan Lun , which has effect of diaphoresis for resolving superficies and dispersing lung qi for relieving asthma , and is set for cold pathogen of Taiyang superficies excess syndrome by medical sage Zhang Zhongjing .The author in the clinical use of Mahuang decoction , the main basis is the correspondence between prescription and syndrome , which was used to treat defensive yang being obstructed induced by superficies tightened by wind -cold and stasis of nutrient qi and yin fluid .No matter what modern medicine disease, as long as meet the pathogenesis of defensive yang being obstructed induced by superficies tightened by wind -cold, Mahuang decoction was applied to expand its application range .
