复方甘草酸单铵联合蒲公英治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效

摘要

目的 研究分析复方甘草酸单铵联合蒲公英治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效.方法 2013年1月-2016年5月期间,选择本院接收的急性百草枯中毒患者126例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将126例患者随机分为两组,观察组63例和对照组63例.采用常规西医方法治疗对照组患者,观察组患者则在对照组患者治疗的基础上增用复方甘草酸单铵联合蒲公英进行治疗,评价观察组与对照组的治疗效果,评价指标主要包括血清中相关指标以及器官损伤发生率.结果 观察组患者治疗前ALT、TBIL、BUN、Cr、Lac、PaO2水平与对照组差别较小,无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组患者治疗后ALT、TBIL、BUN、Cr、Lac、PaO2水平与对照组存在较大差异,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者口腔、肝肾损伤发生率、肺损伤发生率以及MODS、肺纤维化、死亡发生率均比对照组低,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 复方甘草酸单铵联合蒲公英治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效较理想,值得临床上广泛推广应用.%Objective To study the clinical effect of compound ammonium glycyrrhetate combined with dandelion in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning.Methods During the period from January 2013 to May 2016,126 cases with acute paraquat poisoning were selected as the research objects.Using random number table method,126 patients were randomly divided into observation group of 63 cases and control group of 63 cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine methods.Patients in the observation group were treated compound ammonium glycyrrhetate combined with dandelion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and indicators including the incidence of related indicators in serum and organ injury were evaluated.Results Before treatment,the ALT,TBIL,BUN,Cr,Lac and PaO2 between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant different (P＞0.05).After treatment,the ALT,TBIL,BUN,Cr,Lac and PaO2 between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The oral cavity,liver and kidney injury rate,MODS rate and death rate,pulmonary fibrosis,lung injury of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The compound ammonium glycyrrhetate combined with dandelion in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning has ideal clinical effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
