固脑益智汤治疗老年肾虚痰浊型血管性痴呆的临床疗效

摘要

目的 探讨固脑益智汤治疗老年肾虚痰浊型血管性痴呆的临床疗效.方法 在医院2013年3月-2016年1月期间诊治的老年肾虚痰浊型血管性痴呆患者中抽取88例作研究对象,并遵守随机抽签原则予以分组,对照组(44例)应用奥拉西坦胶囊治疗,治疗组(44例)在对照组用药基础上加用固脑益智汤,对比两组患者临床疗效以及痴呆程度、日常生活自理能力变化.结果 治疗组患者治疗后的ADL评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.01),而WMS评分则远高于对照组(P＜0.01);治疗组治疗总有效率是95.45％,高于对照组的77.27％(P＜0.05).结论 固脑益智汤治疗老年肾虚痰浊型血管性痴呆的临床疗效肯定,能够有效改善患者精神状态,降低其痴呆程度,并提升其生活自理能力,值得借鉴.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guano Yizhi decoction in treating senile kidney deficiency and phlegm turbid type vascular dementia.Methods From March 2013 to January 2016 in hospital,88 cases of patients with senile kidney deficiency and phlegm turbid type vascular dementia during the diagnosis and treatment were selected as the research objects.According to the random draw principle,patients were divided into control group (n =44) applied oxiracetam capsules and treatment group (n =44) used Guano Yizhi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,the degree of dementia and daily life self-care ability changes between the two groups was compared,respectively.Results After treatment,the ADL scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.01),and WMS scores of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P＜0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.45％ significantly higher than 77.27％ of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Guano Yizhi decoction in treating senile kidney deficiency and phlegm turbid type vascular dementia has clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the mental state of the patient,reduce the degree of dementia,enhance the life self-care ability,and is worthy of reference.
