氯离子掺量对硅酸盐水泥和复合水泥浆体流变性能的影响

     

摘要

为实现海砂的直接使用,对不同氯离子掺量对PⅡ水泥和复合水泥在标准稠度用水量、凝结时间和流变性能的影响进行研究.结果表明:随着氯离子含量的增加,PⅡ水泥的标准稠度用水量上升,复合水泥的标准稠度用水量下降;PⅡ水泥和复合水泥浆体均出现促凝现象;PⅡ水泥和复合水泥浆体均属于宾汉姆模型,相关性良好;氯离子对复合水泥浆体的影响较大且其流变参数均大于PⅡ水泥,在水灰比一样的条件下,复合水泥浆体的工作性能较差.%A large number of construction projects results in lack of river sand.For directly using sea sand, the effects of sodium chloride on water requirement of normal consistency, setting time and the rheological properties of Portland cement and blended cement have been studied.The results indicated that the water requirement of normal consistency of Portland cement increases, however, it decreases for blended cement with the increase of chloride ion content.The cement setting time is shortened with the addition of sodium chloride.Portland cement and blended cement paste belong to the Bingham model, and correlation coefficient is high.
