基于PID控制方法的电子调速器在柴油机上的应用

摘要

介绍了柴油机调速的原理和基于PID自动控制方法的电子调速器的调速原理、调整方法、PID转速控制及负荷分配功能及应用；本文主要以2301D型数字式电子调速器为核心控制器，研究了该电子调速器的PID调节方法以及在8230ZD型柴油机应用中表现出来的优秀的控制性能。%he paper introduces diesel engine speed governing principle, and electric speed governor principle, adjusting method, PID speed control and load distribution function and application based on PID auto control method. The paper mainly makes 2301D digital-type electric speed governor as key governor, and researches PID governing method and the excellent control performance on 8230ZD diesel engine.
