目的 观察自创自动艾灸机逐经灸督脉疗法改善阳虚体质的临床疗效.方法 80例阳虚体质患者随机分为两组,观察组(38例)进行自创自动艾灸机逐经灸督脉,对照组(42例)进行传统艾灸盒灸督脉治疗;每组治疗隔天1次,30 min/次,共30次.并运用《中医体质辨识判定标准》对两组患者治疗前、治疗15次和30次3个时点进行评分,治疗结束时进行疗效分析.结果 两组治疗前体质得分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组在治疗15次后,观察组与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而对照组与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗30次后,两组与治疗前、治疗15次比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗结束时,观察组总有效率为89.4％,对照组总有效率为61.9％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组从纳入38例患者到研究全部结束,未出现脱落、烫伤、皮疹等情况;对照组中纳入42例患者,脱落2例,其中1例为局部皮肤烫伤、水泡,经过处理后皮损愈合好,另1例中途因个人原因退出,未完成研究.结论 自动艾灸机逐经灸督脉与传统艾箱灸督脉均可有效改善患者阳虚体质,而自动艾灸机逐经灸督脉疗效更佳,且操作较传统艾箱灸更简便,尤其能自行对艾烟回收处理,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To observe the efficacy of self-created automatic moxibustion machine on Yang deficiency. Methods Eighty patients with Yang deficiency were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (n=38, received self-invasive automatic moxibustion) and the control group (n=42, received traditional moxibustion). The Traditional Chinese Medical constitution questionnaire was carried out before, and at the 15th and 30th treatment. The therapeutic effect was analyzed at the end of the treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the constitution score before treatment (P＞0.05). Significant improvement was revealed in treatment group at the 15th therapy (P＜0.05), though there was no significant improvement observed in control group (P＞0.05). There was significant difference revealed between the 2 groups at the 15th therapy (P＜0.05), but no significant difference was found at the 30th therapy (P＜0.05). Significant improvements were revealed in the both groups at the 30th therapy, when comparing with baseline or at the 15th therapy (P＜0.05). At the end of the treatment, the effective rate was 89.4％ in treatment group, and 61.9％ in control group.Conclusion Compare to traditional moxibustion, the self-created automatic moxibustion machine is more convenient and has better efficacy on improving Yang deficiency.
