Objective To establish an animal model of endometriosis in macaca fascicularis .Methods Fifteen female macaca fascicularises were selected .Surgery was performed in the experimental group to collect endometrial tis-sues, which were then implanted into the pelvic omentum majus , douglas pouch , as well as uterus surface .A similar sur-gery was operated on the control group , in which the omentum majus was collected and implanted instead .Laparoscopic exploration was performed eight weeks and sixteen weeks postoperatively , followed by histopathological examination of sus-pected lesions .Results In the experimental group , eight female macaca fascicularis models of endometriosis were suc-cessfully established .Histopathological examination of suspected lesions revealed complete structure of the glands and stro -mal cells.Model establishment failed in the 5 subjects of the control group .Conclusion The endometriosis model of macaca fascicularis was successfully established , which adds a new animal choice to the research of endometriosis .%目的:构建食蟹猴子宫内膜异位症动物模型。方法将15只雌性食蟹猴分为两组,实验组( n=10)行手术获取子宫内膜组织,种植到自体盆腔大网膜、子宫直肠窝、子宫表面等处;对照组( n=5)予以大网膜组织代替子宫内膜组织种植。分别于手术后第8、16周行腹腔镜探查,取可疑病灶行病理学检查。结果实验组建模成功8只食蟹猴,可疑病灶行组织病理检查可见完整腺体和间质细胞结构;5只对照组食蟹猴建模失败。结论成功构建了非人灵长类动物食蟹猴子宫内膜异位症模型,为子宫内膜异位症的研究增加了新的动物选择。
