10 kV 配电网在线合环辅助决策系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

为了避免配电网合环操作可能产生较大的冲击电流导致保护装置误动或元件过载,从而影响电网的安全稳定运行,提出并实现了10 kV 配电网在线合环辅助决策系统。首先,依据系统需求分析设计了系统各模块功能、功能流程图、合环操作决策方案、数据库、软件层次结构;其次,从系统软件的层次结构方案出发,给出支撑服务层、专用平台层以及应用层的具体实现;最后,通过系统应用实例验证了该系统的精确性和时效性。%In order to avoid large impact current probably caused by closed-loop operation of power distribution network which may cause malfunction of protective devices or elements over-loading,thereby affect safe and stable operation of the power grid,this paper proposes and realizes an online closed-loop aided decision-making system for 10 kV power distribution network.Firstly according to system demands,it analyzes and designs each modularized function of the system,function flow diagram,closed-loop operation decision-making scheme,database,hierarchical structure of the software.Secondly, starting from hierarchical structure scheme for the system software,it provides detailed realization of supporting service lay-er,dedicated platform layer and application layer.Finally,it verifies veracity and timeliness of this system by means of ap-plication examples.
