为系统性提高沿海电网防风抗灾能力,针对现有电网结构中存在的防风抗灾薄弱环节,立足于电网差异化规划建设、电网结构优化和统筹平衡电网防灾投入与投资效益,提出了持续提升电网防风抗灾能力的规划原则,分别从梳理全网结构中存在的防风抗灾薄弱点和构建地市核心区域防风保底网架2个方面,研究了防风保底电网规划的方法.以广东沿海某地市电网为例进行算例验证,梳理了电网结构性风险,构建了现状及远期防风保底网架方案,提出对关键变电站和线路进行差异化规划建设和运行维护的建议.%In order to systematically improve typhoon protection and anti-disaster abilities of coastal power grids, this paper presents planning principles for continuously promoting typhoon protection and anti-disaster abilities in view of weak links in current power grid structure and based on differential planning construction, power grid structure optimization and making overall plans for anti-disaster input and investment benefits.It studies methods for differential power grid planning in two aspects of existing weak points of typhoon protection and anti-disaster in the whole network structure and construction of differential networks in core regions of cities.Taking one coastal urban power grid in Guangdong province for an example, it clears structural risks of the power grid, constructs present and long-dated differential power grid plans and proposes suggestions for differential planning construction and operation maintenance for key substations and lines.
