针对当前电网区域保护控制系统研究中涉及的同步方法局限性及其可靠性问题,介绍了1种基于同步功能改进的智能变电站区域保护系统,即采用网络时钟授时与卫星对时相互校验方式获取广域同步数据,提出同步出错的情况下区域站域保护的自适应调整优化策略,实现区域站域保护对数据同步与异步状态的自适应转换,可大大提升了区域综合后备保护的可靠性.%In allusion to problems of synchronization limitation and its reliability in research on regional protection control system of the power system at present, this paper introduces a kind of regional protection system of intelligent substation based on synchronization improvement which is to adopt an interactive verification mode for network clock and satellite clock to obtain wide-area synchronization data.It proposes a self-adaptive adjusted optimization strategy for regional protection under the situation of failure in synchronization so as to realize self-adaptive transform of regional protection between data synchronization and asynchronization, which has greatly promoted reliability of comprehensive regional backup protection.
