电力用户能效的递阶综合评估方法

         

摘要

On the basis of fitting wide application of distributed generation (DG) and energy storage devices, this paper constructs an evaluation index system for power users which takes economy, electric energy information, users' electricity consumption, DG and energy storage as the primary index and includes sixteen secondary indexes.Combining this system, it establishes an evaluation model and presents a hierarchical synthetic evaluation method.By using improved order relation analysis method (G1), this method can solve the primary index weight and uses corrected intuitionistic fuzzy entropy method to calculate secondary index weight.Finally, technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) based on intuitionistic fuzzy set was used for comprehensively evaluating energy efficiency of power users which made evaluating results more scientific and reasonable.Example analysis indicates that this index system and evaluation method can provide the basis for improvement on energy efficiency of users.%在适应分布式电源和储能装置广泛应用的基础上,构建了以经济性、电能信息、用户用电情况、分布式发电及储能情况为一级指标,包含16项二级指标的电力用户能效评估指标体系.结合该体系建立了评估模型,提出递阶综合评估方法.该方法通过改进序关系分析法求解一级指标权重,采用修正直觉模糊熵权法计算二级指标权重,最后运用基于直觉模糊集的优劣解距离法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)对电力用户能效进行综合评价,使评估结果更加科学合理.算例分析表明,该指标体系及评估方法能够为用户能效改善提供依据.
