As for the assessment of energy efficiency for power users, an energy efficiency evaluation model based on integrated hierarchical evaluation methods. The model breaks the assessment process down into three levels as Gl group judgments based primary indices assessment; entropy weight based secondary indices assess ment, ultimately, a comprehensive assessment. To ensure the scientificity and reliability of the evaluation mod el, principal component analysis(PCA)and correlation analysis are employed to the indices to optimize the mod el. The model effectively overcomes the limitations of traditional index-weighted methods by combining objec tive and subjective information to the evaluation process. The example given in this paper shows that the inte grated hierarchical energy efficiency evaluation model is of fast computing speed,high reliability,and is proven to be with a appreciable practical value.%针对电力用户能效评估,建立了基于递阶综合评价方法的能效评估模型.该模型将能效评估过程分解为三个层次,分别为基于G1群组判断的一级指标评估、基于熵权法的二级指标评估以及最终的综合评估,并利用主成分分析PCA(principal component analysis)和相关分析对能效指标体系进行筛选优化,以保证评估模型的科学性和可靠性.模型结合主客观评价信息,有效克服传统单一赋权法局限性.算例表明,基于G1群组判断和熵权法的综合能效递阶评估模型,计算快捷,可靠性高,具有较强的实用价值.
