Objective To compare the clinical efficiency of biogel combined with OK-432 and pingyangmycin with compartmentalization combined with OK-432 and pingyangmycin for huge venous malformation in face and neck regions.Methods Sixty-three cases with huge venous malformation in face and neck regions were selected.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups:30 cases in group A and 33 cases in group B.Patients in group A were injected with biogel combined with OK-432 and pingyangmycin while percutaneous sclerotherapy of OK-432 and pingyangmycin were applied followed by compartmentalization in group B.All the patients were given injections under tracheal intubation anesthesia one time a month for one to five times.The efficacies and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The followed up period ranged from 6 to 12 months (mean,8.2 months).In group A,20 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,2 cases effective and 2 cases partially effective,no invalid cases.The cure rate was 66.67％,and the total effective rate was 100％.The average treatment time was 1.5 months,and the average times of treatments were 2.5.In group B,13 cases were cured,9 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective and 2 cases partially effective,no invalid cases.The cure rate was 43.33％,and the total effective rate was 100％ The average treatment time was 3.5 months,and the average times of treatments were 4.3.The cure rate of two groups was statistically significantly different (x2 =21.01,P ＜0 01).Complications of two groups included local swelling,fever and so on,and no serious complications.There was no statistical significance.Conclusion The way that applying biogel combined with OK-432 and pingyangmycin percutaneous sclerotherapy for huge venous malformation in face and neck regions showed short course,good effect,and is safe and reliable.%目的 比较生物胶联合OK-432和平阳霉素与区室化联合OK-432和平阳霉素两种硬化治疗方法对面颈部巨大静脉畸形的临床疗效.方法 选择63例面颈部巨大静脉畸形患者,随机分为A、B两组,A组30例,B组33例.A组以生物胶联合OK-432和平阳霉素经皮共同注射；B组对病灶行区室化后,经皮注射OK-432和平阳霉素.两组均经气管插管全麻下进行,相隔1个月注射1次,连续注射1～5次.比较2组的疗效和并发症.结果 随诊6～ 12个月,平均8.2个月.A组平均治疗时间1.5个月,平均治疗次数2.5次,20例治愈,6例显效,2例有效,2例部分有效,没有无效病例；治愈率为66.67％,总有效率为100％.B组平均治疗时间3.5个月,平均治疗次数4.3次,13例治愈,9例显效,9例有效,2例部分有效,没有无效病例,治愈率为33.33％,总有效率为100％.A、B两组治愈率差异有统计学意义(x2=21.01,P＜0.01);A、B两组患者均有局部肿胀,无严重并发症出现,差异无统计学意义(x2=1.56,P＞0.05).结论 生物胶联合OK-432和平阳霉素经皮硬化术治疗面颈部巨大静脉畸形疗程短、疗效良好、安全、可靠.
