摘要

The market for LED lamp is growing rapidly in recent years,due to its superior characteristics,such as high lightness,high efficiency,low power consumption,long life and environmental friendliness.In the paper,the research and application of thermally conductive in LED are described at home and aboard in recent years.The Major companies and trade mark of thermally conductive plastics and thermal interface materials used in LED have been collected and summarized.Application of thermally conductive thermoplastics and thermal interface materials also discussed.Successful thermal management depends on module structure of LED and selected packing materials.%LED灯是近年开发的照明工具,以其高亮度、发光效率高﹑低能耗﹑使用寿命长﹑环境友好,而得到飞速发展。文章综述了近年来国内外导热高分子材料在LED中的研究和应用。汇集了LED选用的导热塑料,热介面材料的主要公司和牌号。对导热塑料和介面材料在LED中的应用做出论述。成功的热管理依赖于LED模块结构和封装材料的选择。
