豆制品中碱性橙Ⅱ、酸性橙Ⅱ和碱性嫩黄O的测定

     

摘要

High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with UV detector method was developed tbr the analysis of Basic Orange Ⅱ, Acid Orange Ⅱ and Auramine O in bean products. Samples was extracted by acetonitrile and water(7+3), and determined by HPLC with UV detector. The calibration curve of the method was linear over the range of 0.1 to 20.0 μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The recoveries for Basic Orange Ⅱ, Acid Orange Ⅱ and Auramine O standard spiked in the range of 5.0 to 15.0 mg/kg were between 88.8 % to 93.0 % with a relative standard deviation (RSD) being between 0.67 % to 1.66 %(n=6). The detection limit was Basic Orange 11 : 0.02 mg/kg, Acid Orange Ⅱ: 0.05 mg/kg, Auramine O: 0.05 mg/kg. Owing to advantages of good linearity, high precision and rapidity, this method is suitable FOr the determination of Basic Orange Ⅱ, Acid Orange Ⅱ and Auramine O in bean products.%建立了高效液相色谱紫外检测器测定疆制品中碱性橙Ⅱ、酸性橙Ⅱ和碱性嫩黄O的方法。样品片]乙腑-水(7+3)溶液提取,经高效液相色谱仪紫外榆测器测定。结果表明:碱性橙Ⅱ、酸性橙Ⅱ和碱性嫩黄O在O.1-20μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系.相关系数均为0.9999,3个水平(5.0、10.0、15.0mg/kg))加标回收率为88.8%~93.0%,相对标准偏差为O.67%-1.66%(n:6),检出限分别为碱性橙Ⅱ:0.02mg/kg、酸性橙II:O.05mg/kg和碱性嫩黄0:0.05mg/kg。此力‘法具有简单、快速、准确等优点,适用于甄制品中碱性橙Ⅱ、酸性橙Ⅱ和碱性嫩黄O的同时测定。
