不同泥源对厌氧除磷影响的微生物群落分析

摘要

The denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) technique was used to explore microbial community structure of the activated sludge from different source,which was operated under the same condition.The results showed that the five kind source of microbial population diversified in the same operated conditions,and the dominant microbial populations will be different from each other.%应用PCR-DGGE方法,对在相同的操作条件下不同泥源来源的5种活性污泥系统中的微生物群落结构和多样性进行研究。试验结果表明：不同泥源的微生物种群差异较大,在相同的水质和运行条件下,其优势微生物种群也会表现不同。
