硅烷偶联剂在工业应用上具有重要价值。本实验采用侧链乙烯基硅油与烷氧基氢硅烷加成制备得到多烷氧基长链硅烷偶联剂,对实验条件进行了优化。研究结果表明,采用氯铂酸作为催化剂可以有效的进行硅氢加成反应并得到目标长链硅烷偶联剂,乙烯基过量町控制使硅氢烷的转化率。在相同的反应时问内,4倍乙烯基硅油用量的溶剂可使硅氯烷的转化率最高,催化剂中铂含量为5.0×10^-8mol/g时,在同样反应时间内具有最高的产率。%Silane coupling agent takes an important role at commercial application. In the paper, silicone oil with pendant vinyl groups reacted with trimethyloxy silane to give the long chain silane coupling agent with multimethyloxy, and the reacting conditions was optimized. The results showed that the desired long chain silane coupling agent can be synthesized with chloroplatinic acid as the catalyst. The gelation would not occur for the addition reaction when the amount of vinyl is excess. The conversation of trimethyloxy silane was the highest when the amount of solvent was 4 times of the vinyl silicone oil, and the content of Pt in the catalyst was 5.0×10^-8mol/g, at the same reacting conditions.
