充分发挥大型精密仪器在地方本科院校中的作用探索

文章对地方本科院校中大型精密仪器运行中存在的问题及制约大型精密仪器充分发挥作用的原因进行了深入剖析.对如何调动仪器管理人员的工作热情，在保证大型精密仪器设备完好率的前提下提高使用效益，促进各地方本科院校实验教学和实验室建设，促进其学科建设和科研水平的提高具有重要意义。%The problems in the management and operation of large precision instruments in local academies are discussed and the reasons that not fully used are analyzed deeply in the paper. The enthusiasm of instrument management staff in college is a key to improve efficiency of instruments utilization, promote its experimental teaching and laboratory construction, and raise the level of its academic discipline construction and scientific research.
