介绍一个开放式研究性实验-壳聚糖基多孔复合膜的制备及表征

摘要

Introduced an open research experiment-Preparation and characterization of chitosan-based porous composite membrane.The experiment based on the theory of polymer modified.Preparation of biocompatible porous polymer membranes with different pore size distribution by phase inversion method.The membranes was characterized by IR,XRD,DSC,porosity,swelling properties,mechanical properties.%介绍一个开放式研究性实验-壳聚糖基多孔复合膜的制备及表征。该实验以高聚物改性理论为基础,通过相转化法制备高分子多孔膜的方法,制备具有不同孔径分布的生物相容性多孔膜,并做IR、XRD、DSC、孔隙率、溶胀性能、力学性能等的表征与测试。
