透明质酸(Hyaluronic Acid,HA)作为滑液和细胞外基质中一种丰富的糖氨聚糖成分,具有良好的生物相容性和可降解性。但天然透明质酸的力学性能较差,降解速度快,在生物体内不稳定。利用交联反应制成交联透明质酸衍生物可制成稳定性较强的生物材料,得以广泛应用。文章综述了近年来透明质酸分子与各种交联剂交联改性制成透明质酸衍生物的研究,为开发新型透明质酸衍生物生物材料提供参考和选择。%Hyaluronic Acid(HA),an abundant glycosaminoglycan component of synovial fluid and extracellular matrices with excellent biocompatibility.Owing to the unstability of native hyaluronic acid resulted from its water-solubility and fast degradation in vivo,it needs to be chemically modified to enhance its stability.This review concentrates on recent researches about the preparation of HA derivatives by cross-linking and biocompatibility,this is expected to provide valuable reference for preparation of new medicinal supports and biomaterials.
