针对原油性质变化广西石化常减压装置采取的对策

目前在国际竞争日趋激烈的当今世界,石油资源的多寡、石油炼化企业发展的快慢,不仅直接影响着整个国民经济的发展进程,而且还在一定程度上决定着整个综合国力及其国际地位的升降。而国内的原油供应是有限的,90%以上的进口原油属于高硫、高酸、高盐。对于常减压来说,开好电脱盐系统和做好塔顶和高温部位的设备防腐工作同样至关重要。现就广西石化的常减压装置自开工以来加工的各种原油性质变化及操作的特点做一个分析,以供大家借鉴。%In the fiercely competitive world nowadays,the amount of petroleum resources and the development speed of petroleum refining enterprise,not only directly influence the development process of the entire national economy,but also in a certain extent determine the whole comprehensive national strength and its international status.But the domestic crude oil supply is limited.More than 90 % import crude oil is high acid,high sulfur and high salt.For CDU/VDU Unit,the operation of electric desalting and the anticorrosion work of the column top and high temperature parts of the equipment are both vital.Since the startup of GXPC 10 MMTPA CDU/VDU Unit,various changes of crude oil properties and operating features are analyzed in the paper for reference.
