无母液、无废水生产乙酰甲胺磷新技术

摘要

Neutralization of ammonia gas instead of ammonia water, with acetic acid, the ammonium acetate can be obtained through centrifugation. Then, introduce efficient solubilizer into the chloroform and the mother liquor; remove the chloroform layer and the impurities through counter extraction, 98 % rich fraction of acephate is ultimately obtained.%　　采用氨气代替氨水进行中和，通过离心得到醋酸铵产品。引进高效增溶剂，通过反萃取去除溶剂氯仿层和母液中杂质，最终得到98%的高含量乙酰甲胺磷产品，生产过程中无废水和母液产生。
