钼硅蓝分光光度法测定赤铁矿中二氧化硅

         

摘要

在硫酸介质中,正硅酸与钼酸反应生成硅钼黄,硫酸亚铁还原为硅钼蓝,用分光光度法间接测定二氧化硅含量.测定波长采用680 nm,二氧化硅质量浓度在0~1.0 mg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,线性回归方程A=0.8633C-0.0129,相关系数为0.9997.方法用于测定赤铁矿中高含量二氧化硅,相对标准偏差(n = 6)不大于2.00 %,加标回收率(n = 6)在97.0 %~99.7 %之间.%In sulfuric acid medium, ortho-silicic acid reacts with molybdenic acid to form silicon molybdenum yellow,ferrous sulfate reduction is silicon molybdenum blue, the content of silicon dioxide was measured by spectrophotometry. The wavelength was measured at 680 nm, the concentration of silicon dioxide is 0~1.0 mg/mL consistent with bill's law in the range, the linear regression equation is A=0.8633C-0.0129, the correlation coefficient is 0.9997, the method has been used for the determination high content silicon dioxide in hematite, the relative standard deviation (n=6) 2.00 %, standard addition recovery rate is between 97.0 % and 99.7 % (n=6).
