应用型本科机械类专业热处理技术教学探索

         

摘要

Heat treatment technology is an important part of "engineering materials and forming technology foundation" course of the mechanical major in application-oriented university and college. However, because there are many shortcomings for students in heat treatment teaching such as many content, weak regularity and abstract concepts, teachers are hard to get the desired teaching effect. Therefore, facing to students of the mechanical major in application-oriented university and college, some problems existing in the teaching of heat treatment technology in "engineering materials and forming technology foundation" course were analyzed. Then some teaching reform measures were put forward, including good combination of the isothermal cooling transformation curve to increase understanding of the laws and characteristics of heat treatment process, refining the characteristics of heat treatment process for improving memory efficiency, doing teaching work and experiments synchronously to increase the interest of learning and reduce the abstraction of teaching, etc. Most of the measures have achieved good teaching effect.%热处理是本科机械类专业"工程材料及成形技术基础"课程的重要组成部分,但存在内容多、规律性不强、概念抽象等缺点,因而教师较难获得理想的教学效果.为此,面向应用型本科机械类专业学生,本文探讨了当前"工程材料及成形技术基础"课程中热处理教学所存在的一些问题,提出了包括善于结合等温冷却转变曲线以增加规律性认识,善于提炼热处理工艺特征以简化记忆,教学实验同步展开以增加学习趣味及减少教学抽象等措施.其中大部分措施取得了较好的教学效果.
