QuEChERS前处理-GC-MS法测定土壤中16种多氯联苯

         

摘要

A new method was developed for the determination of 16 PCBs in soil by QuEChERS coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The calibration curves for 16 kinds of PCBs in the range of 5~200 ng/mL had good linear relationships. The average spiked recoveries ranged from 93.2 % to 105.8 % with relative standard deviations of 2.0 %~6.7 %. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.25~1.89 ng/g. The method was suitable for application in the determination of 16 kinds of PCBs in soil.%采用QuEChERS前处理技术提取净化土壤中16种多氯联苯(PCBs),并利用气相色谱-质谱法测定,16种PCBs在5~200 ng/mL浓度范围内,具有良好的线性关系,平均加标回收率为93.2 %~105.8 %,相对标准偏差:2.0 %~6.7 %,检出限为0.25~1.89 ng/g.此法适宜应用于土壤中16种PCBs的检测.
