为探讨不同养分对草地早熟禾生长的作用机理,以氮、磷、生物菌肥和柠檬酸各2个水平,共8个处理进行了田间试验,测定了草地早熟禾体内可溶性活性物质的含量变化及生物量。结果表明,在氮、磷施用水平较低的情况下,配合施用一定量的柠檬酸和生物菌肥,能提高草地早熟禾地上生物量、过氧化氢酶活性、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,最高分别达到了0.655 kg/m2、5.33μmol/(min·g)FW、6.12%和0.756 mg/g,与所有高氮、磷水平处理的效果接近或相当;可溶性糖,可溶性蛋白含量和过氧化酶活性均随着施肥后时间的持续而不断升高,在进入25 d 后,含量趋于稳定,保持在一个相对平稳的含量范围。%Biological active substance plays an important role in plants.In order to explore the mechanism of different nutrients improves the growth of Kentucky bluegrass,the experiments using nitrogen,phosphorus,bio-fertilizer and citric acid with two application levels in eight treatments were carried out in field.The dynamic change of biological active substance and the aboveground biomass yield were measured.The results showed that combination of bio-fertilizer and citric acid with lower application level of common nitrogen and phosphorus could improve the Kentucky bluegrass biomass yield,CAT activities,soluble sugar and protein contents.The maximum vlues were 0.655 kg/m2 ,5.33 μmol/(min·g)FW,6.12%and 0.756 mg/g,respectively,which was close or same to the treatment with high nitrogen and phosphorus.The catalase activities,soluble sugar and pro-tein of Kentucky blue grass continuously increased within 25 days after fertilization.But from 25 to 35 days after fertilization,the contents of soluble sugar and protein tended to be smooth and stable while the catalase activities were increased continuously.
