纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子的发育过程及其质量变化

摘要

The caryopses of Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok at different developmental stages were used to ob-serve seed development and its quality variation.The results showed that the embryos matured on 10th day after plant flowering.Its thousand grain weight,viability,germination rate and vigor increased gradually with the de-velopment process and all of them reached a climax or tended to be stable on 1 6th day after plant flowering.And it was the best seed harvest time.%以纳罗克非洲狗尾草不同发育阶段的颖果种子为研究对象,观测种子的发育过程及其质量变化,结果表明：开花后第10 d,种子发育已完成；种子的千粒质量、生活力、发芽力和活力均随发育过程的推进和成熟度的增加呈上升趋势,并于开花16 d 后达到峰值或趋于稳定；开花后第16 d 采种,籽粒饱满,生活力强,萌发性好,活力水平高,是最佳收种时间。
