小黑麦不同品种劣变种子的胚培养效果研究

     

摘要

The degraded seeds of 10 triticale varieties collecting from Australia were treated with 1/2 MS+ 2 % sucrose+0.1 % maltose+0.5 % agar under the pH value of 5.8,the proportion of embryos developed,proportion of embryos germinated,andproportion of seedlings were measured,and the differences of the indexes of different varieties in different culture time were analyzed.The results showed that,the rates of embryo development and seedling for these degrade seeds were DH265>Cherokee>2090White>AT528>WhileM96-3182-1 >AT754>AT315 and Cherokee>>DH265>2090White>AT528>WhileM96-3182-1 > AT754 > AT315,respectively.The rates of embryo development and seedling for these degrade seeds were significantly lower than those of the normal Triticale materials(CK1,CK2);The rates of embryo development and seedling for varieties 33rd ITSN,32rd ITSN,and Rhino were 0.The suitable induction time was 27 d.%试验选用从澳大利亚引进的10个小黑麦品种的劣变种子的胚在l/2MS+2%蔗糖+0.1%麦芽糖+0.5%琼脂、pH5.8的培养基中进行培养.结果表明:劣变小黑麦品种种子胚的发育率和成苗率由高到低分别为:DH265>Cherokee> 2090White> AT528>WhileM96-3182-1>AT754>AT315和Cherokee>DH265> 2090White> AT528> WhileM 96-3182-1> AT754> AT315,试验材料的胚发育率和成苗率均显著低于正常小黑麦材料(CK1,CK2);小黑麦品种33rd ITSN,32rd ITSN和Rhino的胚发育率和成苗率均为0;劣变小黑麦种子进行胚培养时,诱导培养的适宜时间为27 d.
