经过二十多年的探索和实践，中国共产党领导亿万农民终于找到了一条适合中国国情的推进农村基层民主政治建设的途径，那就是实行村民自治。村民自治，是我国社会主义民主建设的基础性工程，是我国农村推进社会主义民主建设的有效途径。它是中国农民戗造的农村基层群众自治制度，在二十多年的实践中充分显示了其特色，已成为中国特色社会主义政治科度体系的重要部分。但是，在现实基层民主政治建设的实践中，村民自治也出现了诸多问题。%After more than 20 years of exploration and practice, the leadership of the Communist Party of China for hundreds of millions of farmers have finally found a suitable for China's national conditions to advance rural basic level democratic political construction approaches, that is the implementation of the autonomy of villagers.
