手持式粮情数据采集表的设计

摘要

The proposed stored-grain condition data handheld collecting instrument can facilitate barn keepers in learning the temperature of cables for barns and the temperature and humidity inside the barns during their on -site maintenance and power failures.This instrument can be used to measure temperature at multiple spots of the cables for barns.The collected data can be uploaded to the grain data inspection system running on any computer for analysis,storage,view and print in a real time mode.Using STC89C58RD,Single Chip Processor and 18-key film-protected switches,the meter enjoys the features of low cost,high performance,long service life and good texture;The 128 × 64 full lattice LCD can display image or Chinese characters in 8 rows and 4 columns (16 × 16 lattice);It has a small size,so you can carry it around easily.%手持式粮情数据采集表的设计是便于粮食管理人员在粮仓现场维护及库区停电状态下能够简便地采集、查看粮仓电缆温度及仓内温湿度数据.还可以对仓房的所有电缆进行多点测温,随时可以将数据上传到计算机,运用粮情检测系统软件对数据进行分析、存储、查看和打印数据.本手持表采用STC89C58RD+单片机,具有成本低、性能高的特点;采用128×64全点阵液晶显示器,可完成图形显示,也可以显示8×4个(16×16点阵)汉字;采用18键薄膜开关,使用寿命长、手感好;外壳体积小、携带方便.
