流动注射法测定地表水中的高锰酸盐指数

摘要

对流动注射法测定地表水中高锰酸盐指数进行了深入研究，优化了仪器的最佳工作参数。其测定结果表明，该方法在标准溶液质量浓度为0～10．8 mg/L时工作曲线具有良好的线性，最低检测限为0．0748 mg/L，相对标准偏差为0．59％～4．70％，加入标准物质回收率为98．5％～101％。该方法与酸性高锰酸钾法进行比对，其测定结果准确、可靠，无显著性差异。%This paper studied a method that determines permanganate index in the surface water using flow injec-tion analysis(FIA),and optimized the optimal working conditions of facilities .Determination results show that the line-arity range for the determination of mercury was found to be 0-10.8 mg/L.The lower detection limit was found to be 0.0748 mg/L,RSD obtained was 0.59 %-4.70 %and with addition of standard substance the recovery was in the range of 98.5-101 %.Compared to acidic permanganate ,the test results are precise and reliable,having no obvious inconsistency.
