某金矿浮选流程优化试验研究

摘要

A regularly returning flotation flow sheet of once roughing,thrice cleaning and thrice scavenging is a-dopted in a gold mine ore-dressing plant.As its craft is too complex and difficult,the whole flotation flow sheet is opti-mized by experiments.By contrasting different kinds of flow sheet designs, raw ore roughing with the fineness of-200 ym to 58 %turns out to be the best flow sheet.After once roughing,thrice cleaning and thrice scavenging,and the middlings regrinding to the fineness of -325 ym to 90%,the concentrates return to the roughing.The closed cir-cuit obtains gold concentrates with the grade of 31.52 g/t,and a recovery rate of 85.54 %.It gets preferable results.%某金矿选矿厂采用一次粗选、三次精选、三次扫选循序返回浮选流程，由于工艺过于复杂，生产操作困难，故对其进行了全浮选流程优化。通过对不同流程方案的对比试验，确定原矿粗磨（磨矿细度－200目占58％）后，经一次粗选、二次精选、二次扫选，扫选中矿再磨至－325目占90％后返回至粗选为最佳流程，其闭路试验获得金品位31．52 g／t、回收率85．54％的金精矿，指标比较理想。
