SJF40型圆形浮选机研制及其应用

摘要

浮选机是矿物处理中最重要的选别设备之一.介绍了圆形浮选机的结构和工作原理,分析了SJF40型圆形浮选机研制过程中参数的确定方法.与常规U型槽体的KYF40型浮选机进行了对原矿的粗选选别对比半工业试验,并在三山岛金矿进行了工业应用,获得了良好的效果:精矿品位36.6 g/t,尾矿品位0.19 g/t,金回收率达79.8 %,金回收率较改造前提高了近0.4百分点.%Flotation machine is one of the most important equipment in mineral processing.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the circular flotation machine,and analyzes the determination method of parame-ters in the development of the SJF40 circular flotation machine.The pilot-scale comparison test with the KYF40 flota-tion machine with U-shaped cell was carried out in terms of roughing of run-of-mill ores.The industrial application of the machine is conduced in Sanshandao Gold Mine and achieved good results:the concentrate grade is 36.6 g/t,the tailings grade is 0.19 g/t,and the gold recovery rate reaches 79.8 %,the gold recovery rate is 0.4 percentage points higher than that before renovation.
